For Unified Infrastructure Management

If you’re in IT, you may soon be making a list and checking it twice.

Computerworld’s annual Forecast survey of IT executives shows that 2015 IT budgets are up from last year. “Some 43% of the 194 respondents said that they expect their IT budgets to increase.” The average increase was 4.3% but many heads of IT were anticipating increases of 10% or more.

While spending on hardware declines, more departments plan to spend more on, “customer-facing technologies and information exchange/collaboration technologies that comprise the so-called SMAC stack — social and mobile tools, analytic systems and cloud computing.”

If your organization is upping its investment in the SMAC stack, it’s good to know that CA Unified Infrastructure Management gives you the power to monitor virtual machines, software applications, and the hardware infrastructure upon which they – and your end users – all depend.
